Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Nitya Trends, we want to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory.
- Eligibility: Returns, refunds, and replacements are applicable within 2 days after the product is successfully delivered.
- Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- Note: Return/replacement policies may vary for individual products; please read the specific product details before placing your order.

- Refunds: Once the returned product is successfully picked up and verified, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Refunds are typically credited within 3–7 business days. You will receive a notification once the refund is successfully credited.
- Replacements: If you request a replacement, the new product will be dispatched in 1–2 business days after the returned item is successfully picked up and verified and replaced product will be delivered in 3-10 business days. Any payments related to the replacement will also be credited or adjusted accordingly.
